1. Logic is pretty tricky here.
2. If we change market from pill for apple and amazon 
it will reload root playlist data and as a side effect 
it will trigger reload for all children
3. For spotify we change the same playlistrootMarket parameter
But it will update only performance section
4. I've already added support for a new parameter
playlistrootPerformanceMarket - but for playlistPerformance variant
of market selector on click Done it will still update
playlistrootMarket to fix compatibility
