                    The Senior Manager of Client Services will report to the Vice President of Royalty Services and be responsible for day-to-day account management of RoyaltyShare's top royalty services clients as well as implementation programs for new clients.
                </p>
                <p>
                	The Senior Manager of Client Services will work closely with the Vice President of Royalty Services and the President and COO, among others, to ensure a high-level of product and service satisfaction for RoyaltyShare music royalty customers.  The position will initially be that of an individual contributor directly supporting these accounts, but may evolve into a management role as RoyaltyShare's customer base grows and additional staff is required.  Specific responsibilities for the position will include:

            	    <li>Overall ownership of RoyaltyShare’s premium support customers</li>
            	    <li>Management of implementation process for  new customers</li>
            	    <li>Day-to-day management of all customer email inquiries and phone calls relating to assigned accounts</li>
            	    <li>Assistance in planning and management of the Client Services department, including helping with special projects as needed</li>
            	    <li>Identification of customer issues and coordination with Product Management on resolution</li>
            	    <li>Review/evaluation of customer support processes and development of plans for improvement and growth</li>
            	    <li>Participation in pre-sales processes as required.</li>
            	    <li>Planning and execution of programs to support new RoyaltyShare products/services</li>

                            		<li>Proven success in direct support of clients – whether they be internal or external.   The candidate should have outstanding communication skills.</li> 
                            		<li>A bachelor's degree in a related field required.</li>
