As part of the sale agreement, RoyaltyShare and Arbinet have agreed to work together to explore market opportunities to serve the rapid convergence of the telecommunications and entertainment industries. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Broad Street Digital is the developer of Rightsrouter, ® a digital content licensing management and distribution platform for the distribution of digital assets. With offices in London and New York, Broad Street Digital has signed over 500 record labels to its content delivery service. As a result of today's announcement, Broad Street Digital customers will have access not only to content distribution services, but an opportunity to adopt RoyaltyShare's state-of-the art revenue and royalty management platform.
