## Module functionality
This module creates set of policies which allow actions in environment
- Dynamodb: read-only and read-write policy
- Internal-only s3 buckets: - read-only and read-write policy
- sme-data-archive and sme-data-decompressed: - read-only and read-write policy
- SNS topics: subscribe and publish policies
- ECS: policy for running tasks from task definition in environment cluster and policy for getting limits AWS task run limits
- Lambda: policy limiting invoking only to lambda's in current environment
- Batch: policy for submitting jobs and controlling their behavior (for Step functions only)
- Step functions: policy for execution step function and policy for external workers to send their status to state machine.
