## Module functionality
Creates compute environment of SPOT type with given parameters in launch template. Gives ability to set custom volume size and type. Also gives an ability to set custom docker volume size for each container which will be started on the instance.
If custom_image_id is not set, by default searches for latest amazon-ecs-optimized AMI.
