* db subnet group
* rds cluster
* master rds cluster instance
* number of slave rds cluster instances, if variable *replica_count* or *replica_scale_enabled* has been specified
* IAM role for monitoring
* autoscale policies for replicas if replica_scale_enabled has been set to true
