#Roman Numerals

Write the code to handle convering an integer into its Roman Numeral equivalent. 

`converted = converter.convert(1)
assert converted == "I"`

No need to go beyond 3000.

It's advised to ignore the special cases, such as 4 (IV), 9 (IX), 40 (XL) at first.
