        <p>The statement view page provides an interactive online view of the details associated with a statement that was generated in a royalty run for a specific publisher.</p>

        <dl>
            <dt>Publisher View</dt>
            <dd>The publisher view icon provides direct access to download and view a publisher’s version of the online statement in a PDF version.  This is a user readable format that contains the following information:
                <ul>
                    <li>Statement summary information</li>
                    <li>Transaction detail at the following level: Track Title, Album Title, UPC, Product Configuration, Region of sale, Rate Period for sale, Share, Net Rate, Net Units, Amount Due</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
        </dl>

        <dl>
            <dt>Electronic Format</dt>
            <dd>Electronic statements are a tab delimited file format that can be more easily read and uploaded by other applications.
                <ul>
                    <li>Electronic formatted statements contain the same level of information as seen in the publisher’s PDF version of the statement.</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
        </dl>

        <dl>
            <dt>Publisher Name and Address</dt>
            <dd>Publisher name and address information is pulled directly from the information entered for the publisher through the "Payees" tab.</dd>

        <dl>
            <dt>Previous Period Balance</dt>
            <dd>The previous royalty reporting period balance.</dd>
            <dt>Payment</dt>
            <dd>Payments that were made for the previous period.  Payments are made through the "Edit Payments" feature that is available for "Committed" runs.
                <ul>
                    <li>Note:  Adjustments, advances and payments can also be entered by accessing the publisher through the "Payees" tab.  These transactions will also appear in this section.</li>
                    <li>For each transaction the associated "Check #", "Date" and "Memo" will be shown on the statement, if entered.</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
            <dt>Current Period Royalties</dt>
            <dd>The total of all royalties payable for the current period for this publisher.
                <ul>
                    <li>Only positive license balances are added together to get the current period royalties balance.</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
            <dt>Ending Balance</dt>
            <dd>The ending balance for the current period by adding previous period balance, all transactions, and current period royalties together.</dd>
            <dt>Minimum Payment</dt>
            <dd>The minimum payment allowable for the publisher as configured on the publisher’s page within the "Payee" tab.</dd>
            <dt>Amount Payable</dt>
            <dd>The amount payable to the publisher.
                <ul>
                    <li>If the "Ending Balance" is greater than the "Minimum Payment" the "Amount Payable" will be the same as the "Ending Balance".</li>
                    <li>If the "Ending Balance" is less than the "Minimum Payment" the "Amount Payable" will be "$0.00".</li>
                    <li>If the publisher status is set to "On-hold" the amount payable column will note "ON-HOLD".</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
        </dl>

        <dl>
            <dt>Publisher Amount Due</dt>
            <dd>For administrator and agent statements, a summary section listing each publisher within the statement and amount due by publisher is provided.
                <ul>
                    <li>To see license details for a specific publisher, the publisher name can be selected or "View All" can be selected.</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
        </dl>
        <h2>"License Transaction Detail" section</h2>

        <dl>
            <dt>Track Title</dt>
            <dd>The title of the track for the license that is being reported for the specific transaction line.  The track title variable is pulled from the "Album" page which is accessed and configured through the "Catalog" tab.</dd>
            <dt>Album Title</dt>
            <dd>The album title for track and license that is being reported for the specific transaction line.  The Album Title variable is pulled from the "Album" page which is accessed and configured through the "Catalog" tab.</dd>
            <dt>UPC</dt>
            <dd>The UPC for the product that is being reported for the specific transaction line.  The UPC variable is pulled from the product section of the "Album" page which is accessed and configured through the "Catalog" tab.</dd>
            <dt>Product Config</dt>
            <dd>The product configuration that is being reported for the specific transaction line.  Product configurations are:
                <ul>
                    <li>Physical products: CD, LP, CASS</li>
                    <li>DA = Digital album sale</li>
                    <li>DT = Digital track sale</li>
                    <li>RING = Ringtone sale</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
            <dt>Region</dt>
            <dd>The region where sales occurred for a specific transaction line.  Regions are configured in the admin tab, with the name of the matching region for the country of sale being reported.</dd>
            <dt>Rate Period</dt>
            <dd>The rate period that is being used for the specific transaction line.  Rate period is determined by the "Rate Basis" setting in the license.
                <ul>
                    <li>Sales Date – Uses the stat rate period for the date of the transaction.</li>
                    <li>Lock Date – Uses the rate period for the date configured in the license for "Lock Date."</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
            <dt>Base Rate</dt>
            <dd>The base mechanical rate that is being used for the specific transaction line.  Base rate is determined by the "Rate Type" variable setting on the license.
                <ul>
                    <li>Stat Rate – Uses full stat rate for the period based on song timing.</li>
                    <li>Minimum Stat – Uses the minimum stat rate for the period.</li>
                    <li>Penny Rate – Uses the penny rate that is configured in the "Penny Rate" variable in the license.</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>

            <dt>% of Rate </dt>
            <dd>The percentage of the base rate that will be paid out for the specific transaction line.  "% of Rate" is determined by the "Rate Percent" variable on the license.</dd>
            <dt>Share</dt>
            <dd>The publishers share for the track.  "Share" is determined by the "Share" variable on the license.</dd>
            <dt>Net Rate</dt>
            <dd>The calculated effective net rate for the license taking "% of Rate" and "Share" into account against the "Base Rate".</dd>
            <dt>Gross Units</dt>
            <dd>The gross number of units sold for a specific transaction line.
            </dd>
            <dt>% of Sales</dt>
            <dd>The percentage of sales that are to be paid out for a specific transaction line.  "% of Sales" is determined by the "Percent of Sales" variable on the license.</dd>
            <dt>Free Goods</dt>
            <dd>The free goods deduction rate that is applied to sales for a specific transaction line.  The free goods rate is determined by the "Free Goods" variable on the license.</dd>
            <dt>Misc</dt>
            <dd>The miscellaneous deduction rate that is applied to sales for a specific transaction line.  The miscellaneous rate is determined by the "Misc Deduction" variable on the license.</dd>
            <dt>Reserves</dt>
            <dd>The number of reserves that are being held for a specific transaction line.  The number of reserves is calculated by multiplying the "Gross Units" by the "Reserve Percent" that is configured on the license.</dd>
            <dt>Liquidations</dt>
            <dd>The number of reserves previously held that are being liquidated for a specific license.  Liquidations are based on the liquidation schedule configured on the license.</dd>
            <dt>Returns</dt>
            <dd>The number of units returned for a specific transaction line.</dd>
            <dt>Carryover</dt>
            <dd>Carryover units of crossed products that are held within the system.</dd>
            <dt>Net Units</dt>
            <dd>The calculated number of net units taking the % of sales, deductions, reserves, liquidations, and returns into account.
                <ul>
                    <li>Order of calculation for Net Units
                        <ul>
                            <li>Gross units</li>
                            <li>Reserves being held (Reserve rate times Gross Units)</li>
                            <li>Liquidations</li>
                            <li>% of Sales calculated off of Gross units</li>
                            <li>Free Goods deduction</li>
                            <li>Misc deduction</li>
                            <li>Returns</li>
                        </ul>
                    </li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
            <dt>Amount Due</dt>
            <dd>The calculated amount due by multiplying the "Net Rate" times "Net Units".</dd>

            <strong>Example: Individual License Details</strong>

            <dt>Current Period License Subtotal</dt>
            <dd>The total positive or negative amount applied in the current period for the specific license.</dd>

            <dt>Previous License Balance</dt>
            <dd>For licenses that carry a previous negative balance, the previous balance of the license is noted.</dd>
            <dt>License Balance Forward</dt>
            <dd>Notes the combined total of "Current Period License Subtotal" and "Previous License Balance" if the combined total is negative.</dd>
            <dt>License Adjusted Subtotal</dt>
            <dd>Notes the total amount that would be paid out to the publisher for the license in the statement period.</dd>
        </dl>
        <p>
            <strong>Example: Crossed License Details</strong>

            <dt>Adjustment</dt>
            <dd>Notes the value of the license level adjustment that was applied.

                    <li>License level adjustments are entered through the license interface.</li>
                    <li>License level adjustments can be applied at an individual license level or a crossed license level if licenses are configured to be crossed.</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
            <dt>Current Period Crossed License Subtotal</dt>
            <dd>Notes the total of all "License Adjusted Subtotal" for crossed licenses.</dd>
            <dt>Crossed License Adjusted Subtotal</dt>
            <dd>Notes the total of the combined "License Adjusted Subtotal" and all cross level adjustments applied.</dd>
        </dl>
        <p>
            <strong>Example: Individual Publisher Detail on Admin/Agent Statements</strong>

            <dt>Publisher Subtotal</dt>
            <dd>Notes the combined total of all Current Period License Subtotals and/or License Adjusted Subtotals for all licenses associated with the publisher.
            </dd>
            <dt>Adjustment</dt>
            <dd>Notes the value of any publisher level adjustments that were applied.
                <ul>
                    <li>Publisher level transactions, such as adjustments, are entered through the view publisher payee page.</li>
                </ul>
            </dd>
            <dt>Ending Balance</dt>
            <dd>Notes the total amount to be paid out to a publisher for all associated licenses in the statement period.</dd>
            <dt>Publisher Amount Due</dt>
            <dd>Notes the amount due to a publisher for the statement period.  If the Ending Balance is negative, the Publisher Amount due will appear as $0.00 until the negative balance is recouped.</dd>
