# AWS Lambda

`send_push_notifications` is service which listen to AWS SQS and send push notifications to recipients.
Service uses: MySQL, Redis, SQS, Sentry

**1.** Run unit tests.

```bash
$ docker-compose run service pytest -vv
```

Functionality:
1. Re-try, if Expo service is unavailable
2. Chunk size limitation
3. Logging
4. Deregistration of outdated devices
5. Error handling and backing messages into the queue, if not possible to deliver it
