We need to create new Streamlit page. User should be able to upload csv file containing
list of emails, column should a header although it can be named whatever.
Then users should be able to click button "bulk delete".
This should write emails to a table called PREFERENCE_CENTER.<env>.DELETED_PROFILE.
Env placeholder can be either QA or PROD. Limit file size to 100 000 emails.
